1. What Affinity Test offers

• A free test that describes your temperament and love languages.
• An optional paid couple report, written from your result and your partner's.

We may change, add or remove features over time.

2. For self-reflection, not diagnosis

The temperaments and love languages are frameworks for reflection and conversation. They are not a clinical assessment, a diagnosis or a substitute for therapy or professional advice. Please use your result as a starting point, not a verdict on you or your relationship.

3. If you are in crisis

Affinity Test is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger, or you are experiencing abuse, contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline straight away.

4. Payment and refunds

Reports are priced in US dollars (USD), and the price is shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who may collect sales tax or VAT where required. Your report is created once both partners have finished the test and payment is confirmed.

If something went wrong with your couple report, use the contact details on idksolutions.org and we will put it right.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

5. Using the site fairly

• Only invite a partner who has agreed to take the test with you, and only share results with their consent.
• Write honest reviews about your own experience. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful or someone else's personal information.
• Do not try to disrupt the site, get around its security or collect data from it automatically.

We may remove reviews or restrict access if these terms are broken.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its questions, descriptions, design and reports belong to IDK Solutions (Pty) Ltd. You may keep, print and share your own result and couple report for personal use. Please do not copy or resell our content.

7. Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep Affinity Test accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be error-free. Decisions about your relationships are yours to make.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update them here and change the date at the top. The terms in force when you bought a report apply to that purchase.
